Another Crafts Year 2009

Hello Friends of Far and Near,

I hope we will have all an awesome year :) :)

This February we tried our luck in Hawaii , the big island. It was warm (er),
but even there the winter was cool and rainy.
But the rain was warm and the nature sooo different and lush and hot lava and turtles and colour full fish and snorkeling and driving and .......
Very different from Bellingham WA.
But I am glad to be back now ,full with new ideas and I realize how much I do like the work I am allowed to be doing. Making a living with creating something beautiful . What a good life.
The other reality ( Politics) knocks on everybody's door and we all have less money to spend . Even so I have lined up good shows...all that needs to happen now is that people fall in love with my craft and support me by buying my art.
For every sale I am grateful and thankful.

summer 2008 is coming up

Hi , dear friends,
I sure hope you had a good warm place to spend the winter in.
A warm house filled with people and things you love.
My husband and I did escape to Mexico for a few weeks and loved the beach , the fresh seafood and the people.
But now we have to work hard. Producing jewelry and drums.

July in the North West

Dear friends,
July arrived in the North West. The most beautiful time. We will go out to the islands to sell our wares.
July 4th we are in Lopez island
July 14 and 15th in Langley Whidbey Island
July 21 and 22nd Camano Island
July 28 and 29 we will sell in Ballard / Seattle

So spring finally arrived and I am glad for the warm sunbeams. Winter in the Northwest can be long and dark. Even so Summer is our busiest time I always long for those warm, long days. When the ocean glitters in the sun an the valleys are full with colorful gardens.
The summer shows are lining up and I can tell you where we will be selling our wares.
